WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Due to the extremely high ordering volume, orders are taking longer to ship than normal. Orders are processed in the order that they were received, if it has been more than 10-12 business days (Monday thru Friday) since you placed your order, please use the form below to contact us and we are happy to help track your order.
I'M NOT ABLE TO LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT
If your old login is no longer working, please head to the login page and click "Create An Account." As of 2021, all customer accounts were reset so you may need to create a new customer account or checkout as a Guest.
RECOGNITION/AWARD CARD NOT WORKING?
In the Recognition/Award card box on the cart page, enter your Recognition/Award Card number (it looks similar to a gift card with a series of letters and numbers separated by dashes: CMSX0-CM1QK-Z3CMS) and click “Activate”
If you get an error message that says the card is invalid please double-check the card number – sometimes capital O should be a zero 0 same for capital I should be a 1 or vice-versa.
If you still get an error please email us using the form below and we will check to see what the issue is.

After navigating to your cart, scroll down and locate the RECOGNITION/AWARD CARDS section.
Please note: We are restocking items as they are selling out however not all items will be reordered depending on how long it has been on the store.
